Can Panic Attacks Be Cured?
Panic Away is a slightly unorthodox self-help program (in ebook format) that is aimed at curing panic attacks.
In the foreword to Panic Away, the author states, “The content you’re about to read is highly unique.”
He goes on to say, “I’m not the first to advocate for a different approach to anxiety. Many excellent doctors and writers have also put forward the same basic principles as the only truly effective approach to eliminating anxiety permanently.”
Well, different might be good… So what’s in the program?
First, there’s the One Move technique. This is an immediate remedy to use when you feel panic coming on. The more you practise it, the better it works. The One Move technique is really simple. So simple, you might be a little skeptical until you actually try it out. This technique deals specifically with getting rid of panic attacks.
In addition, there’s a set of mental and physical exercises designed to reduce your general level of anxiety. Lowering your anxiety level is an important part of recovery from panic attacks. And of course, you naturally feel better when you’re not so wound up and tense all the time.
The program also contains background material that sheds light on where anxiety and panic attacks come from and what the various panic symptoms mean. Most people will discover some facts they didn’t know before.
The Panic Away program contains enough theory to let you know that the author is well-informed. But the real focus is on “doing” the One Move technique and carrying out the anxiety-reducing exercises.
The author claims that every single person can eliminate anxiety by following the Panic Away program. I couldn’t honestly say it will help everyone suffering from panic attacks, because there are no guarantees in life!
But I do think this is a practical and relatively easy program with the potential to help many people. Take a minute to check it out and see if it appeals to you.
